How to pick a random name
- Paste your names, one per line. A column copied from a spreadsheet works.
- Press Pick a name.
- Each winner comes off the wheel, so nobody gets picked twice.
- When you're done, press Put back to return everyone to the wheel.
Turn off Remove winner after each spin if the same person can be chosen again.
Using it with a group
Press Full screen to show the wheel on a projector or shared screen. Everyone can watch the pick happen, which keeps it clear that the result was random.
Are the names private?
Names stay in your browser and aren't sent to a server. If you copy a share link, the names travel inside that link.
